Scope: these are three distinct group companies. PEB Corp is the holding/engineering company; SmartBrix Construction executes construction; NewCon Steel manufactures and supplies steel. Project metrics and editorial prices are not universal quotes or delivery guarantees. Confirm scope, location, date, exclusions and supporting documents for each project.

## What the company does
- Turnkey construction under one contract: BIM design (PEB Corp engineering), steel fabrication at the group plant (NewCon Steel®), logistics, civil works, erection and fit-out. SmartBrix Construction builds; it does not manufacture.
- Steel framing (LGS/CFS), the primary line for permanent buildings: typically 3–5 months from foundations.
- Modular construction, the rapid-deployment line: finished projects in 60–120 days; modules are relocatable.
- Sectors: education, healthcare, industrial and warehouses, housing, offices and camps.
- Track record: 350+ PEB Corp Group projects executed by SmartBrix Construction, 15+ years; the PEB Corp Group has been delivering projects since 2009.

PEB Corp Group is a Panamanian industrialized steel construction group with 350+ projects and 15+ years of track record in Panama, Colombia and the Caribbean. It comprises three brands: PEB Corp (Pre-Engineered Buildings Corp, S.A.), the parent company providing structural engineering, BIM design, institutional relations and export; SmartBrix Construction (SmartBrix Centroamérica S.A.S.), the construction unit delivering turnkey Steel Framing and modular projects; and NewCon Steel® (NewCon Steel Corp.), the manufacturer of cold-formed steel (LGS/CFS) profiles, panels and structural kits at the group's CNC plant in Centro Industrial PEB, Las Mañanitas, Panama City, under the EMMA regime. The group holds ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 37001 certifications.

Portfolio projects belong to the PEB Corp Group and were executed by SmartBrix Construction with PEB Corp engineering. On some, the structure was fabricated at the group plant (NewCon Steel®, in operation since 2018); on others, the group only installed it.
